When I first got into strobist shooting, I really loved this photo. Now that I think I have a style that's sort of my own, I decided to apply my way of doing things to that basic setup. I like the results.

Kathleen and I made soup tonight from scratch. See, I accidentally bought like three bags of carrots a few days ago, so we decided to make carrot soup. More precisely, gingered carrot soup (recipe link). It was delicious.
